We cover a range of professional styles including Jazz, Commercial
and Contemporary. With a little dance fitness, twerking, salsa, strutting & burlesque thrown into the mix.
With different level classes, we cater for all abilities and ages - whether you have dance experience or just want to try something new.

VL DANCE CLASSES
The name says it all.....bring your Heels! Join us for our original VL Dance Class Workout. Feel sexy, get sassy and get ready to Strut It. Our Just Heels class is perfect for beginners or those who want to work on their Heels technique. You'll develop dance skills and learn stylised routines that will build your confidence, power and sensuality. Focusing on one full choreographed routine per 4x week course, it's the perfect opportunity to bring out that inner female freak.
HiTT N' HEELS
(High Intensity Technique Training and Heels)

Join us for a class like no other..... get sweaty with a hardcore dance fitness workout, and sassy with an intro to heels - it's the perfect combo class. In the first section we'll focus on muscle toning, curve carving and bougie building, then we'll switch it up and throw on our Heels. We'll break down 'Heels Technique' and work on a sassy and sexy routine that will build confidence and bring out your inner ego! Designed for beginners, with alternative exercise options to make it more challenging depending on your ability.
LEVEL: All levels
(High Intensity Interval Training)
Our Dance HITT Class is 45 minutes of high energy and feel good vibes. It's our twist to a basic HITT class. It's a full body conditioning dance class, focusing on muscle toning, curve carving and bougie energy building. Set to our fav R'n'B, pop and throw back tunes you're sure to work up a lot of sweat, sass and sauce. Exercises are designed to challenge your mind and body!
LEVEL: All levels
Once a dancer, always a dancer. Reignite your passion for dance and join our Just Jazz class. Aimed at those who have had former dance experience or technique training and want to get back in the studio, this class is a combination of Jazz, Commercial and our VL style. We'll focus on dance technique, training and conditioning, and of course work on a killer routine.
Our beginners classes are suitable for participants with no dance experience or no heels dancing experience. Get fit, get flirty and have fun!
Suitable for beginners to intermediate levels and more fitness dance based. These classes are designed to take at your own personal pace, to increase and challenge your fitness levels. We include alternative exercise options to make it more challenging depending on your ability.
Our intermediate classes are for those who have had dance experience and and/or technique training. These classes will get you back to your dancing best and work on your natural ability. Get ready to 'drop it like it's hot' ladies!

CLASS PACKAGES AND PAYMENT
Our classes are built on a 4x week or 6x week block, during which we'll focus and work on one routine. Our classes get pretty busy and have limited space, so we recommend booking the block option (which also works out cheaper) If you are just wanting to sample the class or can't make it regularly, we do have single class options available.
