On average, it takes 3–4 weeks to organise your first session. However, we understand weddings don’t always run to plan - if you’re working to a tight timeline, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
This depends on your schedule, confidence level, and the style of routine you’d like.
- For a relaxed timeline, we recommend starting 8–10 weeks before the wedding
- Some couples prefer to begin several months in advance, with a refresher lesson closer to the big day
- Short on time? Don’t worry - we regularly help couples prepare with limited notice
We’ll advise you on the best approach for your situation.
The number of lessons varies depending on what you want from your First Dance:
- Fully choreographed routine: approx. 5 hours
- Simple, elegant moves with repeatable steps: 1–3 hours may be sufficient

- Trial Lesson: £69
- Package lessons average £56–£60 per hour, depending on the package

Weekly sessions work best, giving you time to practise between lessons while keeping everything fresh and confident. For full details, please visit our Packages page, or get in touch with and we’ll happily advise. Both links are below
- To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
- The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before your first lesson
- Or you can pay in full at the time of booking

Perfect - you’re exactly who we’re here for! No dance experience is needed. We’ll create movements that feel natural, comfortable, and suited to you as a couple.
Our choreographers come to you - lessons take place in the comfort of your own home in South Wales. If you’d prefer a local studio or alternative space, this can be arranged upon request. Please note that studio hire fees may apply
As long as you have enough room to:
- Take a few steps forward and back
- Move side to side
- Turn comfortably together
You’ll be absolutely fine - no ballroom required!
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. We also recommend wearing your wedding shoes (or similar) for at least one session to help you feel confident and prepared.
