Once everything is agreed, a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee studio space, preferred times, theme availability or props if your enquiry is made close to your requested party date. Booking early is always recommended.

Hen parties are suitable for groups of all sizes. For smaller groups (5 or less), pricing will vary slightly, and we’ll always recommend the best option based on your group size. Groups of under 10 are best suited to our 60-minute party, while groups of 10 or more usually work best with our 90-minute party. If you’re unsure what’s right for your group, just let us know and we’ll be happy to advise.

It’s totally up to you! We always recommend wearing something you feel comfortable and confident in, and if there’s no set theme then activewear is perfect. But if you are going for a theme - this is your excuse to go all out, dress up, and have some fun with it.

Our hen parties take place in dance or gym studios. There is also the option to hold your session in a bar or venue space, depending on availability. All venues are located in central areas and we’ll confirm your venue before you pay your deposit. All hen parties take place in private rooms, exclusively for your group. Please be aware that studios and venues cannot always be secured at short notice. If you are enquiring close to your party date, we’ll do our best to find an available space but cannot make any guarantees. We always recommend booking earlier rather than later.

Hen party classes range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your group size. This gives you plenty of time to warm up, learn the routine, and finish with a fun performance moment (and photos!).

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your hen party. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. Payments can be made via PayPal or BACS. Full payment details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

We understand that plans can sometimes change. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable, regardless of when the booking is cancelled. If you do need to cancel: • 14 days or more before the event We’ll refund the remaining balance, minus the deposit and any non-refundable studio hire fees. • 4–7 days before the event 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded. • 3 days or less before the event Unfortunately, at this stage we’re unable to offer a refund, as arrangements will already be in place.
