Two Generations. One Dancefloor. The Mother’s Day Dance Experience Mini Boots & Beats – Mother’s Day Workshop A special mum-and-daughter dance experience happening this May at LC2 Swansea. Country hits. Big energy. Let your hair down. This special 90-minute mum and daughter workshop is designed for complete beginners and those who simply love to dance. No experience necessary - just come ready to move, laugh and have fun together. We’ll begin with a gentle, feel-good warm-up to your favourite country tracks to get you moving and grooving, before building into easy-to-follow, age-appropriate country-inspired choreography that mums and daughters can learn and dance together, side by side. We’ll leave time at the end for you to capture your own mum and daughter dance moment on your phones - a little memory to take home with you. Plus, we’ll include a small Mother’s Day gift for Mum. Wear something comfortable you can move in. Trainers and leggings are absolutely fine, or go all in with boots, hats and check shirts if you’re feeling it. Expect popular country songs, simple combinations, and that signature Velvet Lane female vibe - empowering, supportive, welcoming and full of energy. Hats and boots? Optional. The fun? Mandatory. This workshop is recommended for girls aged 6–11, however if you fall just outside of this range and would like to check suitability, please feel free to message us. Limited to 13 duos to keep the experience personal and intimate. (Participants should feel comfortable taking part in light-to-moderate physical activity.
