Our ONLINE Dance HITT Class is 45 minutes of high energy and feel good vibes. It's our twist to a basic HITT class. It's a full body conditioning dance class, focusing on muscle toning, curve carving and bougie energy building. Set to our fav R'n'B, pop and throw back tunes you're sure to work up a lot of sweat, sass and sauce. LEVEL: All levels

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds on single class and class block bookings. However, if we have availability, we will endeavor to change the date booked by the participant to a new date of the participants choice with 7 days notice prior to the current booked class or start of the booked class block.
